Tjod Posted January 14, 2014 Share Posted January 14, 2014 If you start the WMC it enables two background services which are blocking the TV card from time to time. Go in Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services > double click the service (there should be two with WMC in the name) an set the Startup type to Disabled. Quote Link to comment
