Constant disruption on high bandwidth hd channels

I just built a new HTPC , using DVBViewer on hd channels the stream constantly breaks up. CPU usage is not at 100% it is at about 80 peak.. I have tried 2 cards, one tbs card and another technisat card and it is not them, because the other card works perfectly in my better pc. What could be the issue here? signal strength is 100% btw so it's definatly not that and the card i am using right now has been used perfectly on the same channels on the other pc.
