DVBViewer 5.3.1 cannot tune specific 8PSK transponder

I have a problem to tune the transponder 12207 MHz on Astra 23,5. There is no anallysed info in transedit and the similar situation is in the application. Dreambox receiver on the same LNB can tune it without any problem.

 

The settings should be correct:

Freq. 12207

Polarisation Vertical

Symbolrate 27500

DVB-S2

Modulation 8PSK

FEC 5/6

Pilot ON

0.35 Roll-Off

 

The signal level is quite strong, level is similar to DM receiver. My HW is W7 x64 and TT-S2-3200 with latest 5.0.3.6 driver. Rest of the transponder can be tuned without any problems.

Is it only me? Is there any thing to check?

..no problem here. But this is the only 8PSK transponder with FEC=5/6. It needs a better signal than the other transponders.

You are right. It was faulty LNB (one half of the twin). I have connected cable to second input and I am able to tune also this transponder. I should probably open this lnb and clean up remains from the last storms or maybe completely replace it. It had very hard times during last few years.
