vramor
There is a small discomfort under Windows 8.1 with Update. When you use TransEdit to scan new channels and get the new Channels.ini file the Windows doesn't let to write it into the default catalog despite of you are working as Administrator. It proposes to write the file in \Windows\users\user_name\Documents. So you should copy it to DVBViewer catalog or take/import it from Documents. Quote Link to comment
Tjod
Run TransEdit in the DVBViewer folder. And it will use the configuration folder Quote Link to comment
vramor
Run TransEdit in the DVBViewer folder. And it will use the configuration folder So I did, but Windows 8.1 doesn't let to save .INI file in the folder that is in the Program Files/Program Files(86) folder. This is the new feature of the new MS Windows. My question is: how to beat it off? Quote Link to comment
Tjod
There is no need to save files in program files. Use the configuration folder and it's sub folder. Quote Link to comment
