DVB Recording Service and Digital Devices Octopus Twin CI + DuoFlex C/

Hi,

 

we have bought DVBViewer Pro software and use with this hardware:

Digital Devices Octopus Twin CI + DuoFlex C/T (total 4 tuners).

DVBViewer and recording service are updated to latest version.

 

Added two CAM modules (with 2 decoding cards) CAM SMIT Conax. DigitalDevices (DD) informed that these CAM works ok with their tuners.

Each CAM is attached to two tuners: 1st CAM to tuners #1 and #2; 2nd CAM to tuners #3 and #4.

 

When I watch or record single encoded tv program - everything is ok.

When I define recording 4 encoded programs (all are on same frequency MHz), DVB recording service uses 4 tuners and restarts recording every minute:

#1 and #3 tuners records normally, #2 and #4 does not. After minute waiting data (?) they are restarted - #2 and #4 records video, but #1 and #3 no data.
