Moush Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 Hello, I have had several instances of bios corruption when using shutdown after recording (from the EPG). The bios is a dual system, and is fortunately restored after corruption, but then the SSD is no longer recognised and needs to be reselected in the bios before the system will boot. This doesn't happen every time, but has occurred on several occasions, and I am not going to use the function until I can prevent it happening. Do you have any ideas why this occurs? I have used it a lot in the past and not had a problem, possibly since using the SSD. The mainboard is a Gigabyte GA-Z77-D3H, with a Samsung 840 Pro, running W7. Regards, Stephen. Quote
Tjod Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 No idea the DVBViewer is using the standard Windows API function for shut-down. Quote
