Error accessing SD programmes on Digital Freeview

Hi all

 

I have an August DVB-T210 which is installed and am running DVB Viwer Pro 5.3.2.0

 

I can access HD programmes without issue, but accessing SD programmes gives the following error: "Cannot render Mediafile/Output Pin, error 0x80004002 No such interface supported. "

I can get sound on SD channels but no picture

My PC is Intel core i7-4790 8gb ram Windows 8.1 64 bit with Intel HD graphics 4600

 

Any help please?

Install the LAV Filters and select it as audio decoder (options > DirectX)

and if this doesn't help post a support.zip
