TBS6983 or Cine S2 V6.5 or Skystar 2 Express HD for DVBViewer and KODI

I just ordered DVBViewer pro version

And, i'd like to knw wich is the best card for a combination between DVBViewer pro and KODI to show satellite DVB-S2 channels ?

 

I'm looking for the best choice and stable multimedia center system

 

Could you help me to choice hardwares and to build this system please ?

Definitely not the Skystar. Technisat has dropped all support for pc cards.

The Cine DD is the best but also the most expensive card.

Skystar 2 Express HD - outdated, but works well

Win 8.1 x64 Kodi

i'm actualy using a SS2 Ex HD card with KODI and it's a very good card !

for my utilization, i need 2 tuner

so :

2 x SS2 Ex HD = 90€

1 x TBS6983 = 190€

 

I think, for a normal user, the technisat card is the best solution

 

I encountered a framerate issue with DVBViewer/KODI/SS2 Ex HD combination

There are constantly micro latency when i look satellite channel

There is no problem when i watch 3D/1080P video fro exemple...
