CI+ mostly don't work at the PC at all.

CI+ allows the TV channel more control over the user. They can decide if you are able to record a show or not.

Or how long you can watch a recording. Or if you can fast foreword during commercials in a recording.

And the only reason to use CI+ instead of CI are the user restrictions.

But it is not really possible to enforce those restrictions on a PC. And therefore there is no CI+ support on the PC.

You can ask the TV station what there recommend is, for watching the channels on a PC :innocent:
Mostly a streaming solution like Netflix etc.where DRM is build in which prevents recordings.

There are Grabber/Encoder/Capture Cards which allows to get the output of receivers or gaming consoles into the PC.

http://www.DVBViewer.tv/forum/topic/56510-grabberencodercapture-cards/

But that isn't as comfortable as a TV card.

There may be unofficial CAMs which work with you TV station.

But if you like to talk about them you should look in other forums not here.

thats the problem!

Hauppauge and other Company build only CI Module who are not work with CI+.

I dont know anyway to see CI+ Card stuff on a Pc.

HDMI Grabber Card dont work because the HDMI Signal is "HDCP" Encrypt.
