I had the same problem, but I cannot remember exactly the solution  . I think there should be two devices in the device manager, one,

TechniSat DVB-PC Virtual Network Adapter in "Network Adapters"

and the second,

TechniSat Skystar 2 eXpress HD in "Sound, video and game controllers"

I think when I first installed, the Virtual Network Adapter was not detected, and showed with a yellow exclamation mark in device manager. You need to add driver, point it to SkyNETVirtualNetwork.inf in the Technisat driver folder, it should install. There should be a round tray icon, TechniSat DVB Receiver, with a picture of a satellite, it should show green if a satellite signal is detected (red if not). Restart.

In DVBViewer hardware settings Scan Devices. It should show two devices:

Skystar 2 eXpress HD

and

TechniSat BDA Digital Tuner

Select "do not use" for Skystar 2 eXpress HD as it is for satellite DSL. Hopefully, then it all should work  .

Hi,

many tanhks for you very good atention :)

Well, it is everything like u described.

But just can make it work with the software DvB Dream !

After instal it came working fine. Still not workin with the original DvB software, and so also with Prog DvB, one of my best some years ago :)

It´s to bad for this Board, because in the old PCi version, there was no problem at all configuring it!

I going to try in WIndows XP, just for acknowledge :)

Did you use the DVBViewer TE that came with the card? It is very outdated, I would recommend buying the latest version, it works fine for me. You do have to make sure to select "do not use" for Skystar 2 eXpress HD in DVBViewer hardware settings, or it will conflict and nothing works.
