Can't install pro version because supposedly DEMO is running...

Hi

 

I've bought the pro version but when trying to install i have the message "can't install because demo version is running... please close it and try again..." but i have it closed... i can't uninstall the demo because "is running" too...

 

any idea? thanks in advance!

Do you have the recording service installed? If so, try to turn it off. Anyhow you might make sure that the application is in deed closed and not running in background. To do so, check the task manager.
