User id and validation keys don't work

Hi,like just reported at 2 moderators, user id and validation key send with serial , don't work and i can't download nothing.

Anyone can help me?

Which web bowser are you using?

 

Are you using the e-mail address in the same form it is in the confirmation e-mail as user name?

 

And the password in the same way it is written in the e-mail?

 

And you are trying to login into the Members Section: https://www.DVBViewer.tv/members/

yes email is the same and yes i'm logged in but when i try to download user id and validation keys apear incorrect. I'm using IE 11 but i can try with edge to.

If the login is successfully but you can't download anything. I have no idea.

You can try a different browser.If this didn't help write a email to one of the addresses on this page

And describe the problem and include the user name (email address from you license) in the email.

All done without success, were sent to me other email for download but the user id problem and validation keys remains.

I'm beginning to lose patience frankly, I do not want mine to address in Paypal.

If you click on the DVBViewer Pro link, what happens? Just nothing? No error message?

Try downloading the Frosch's OSD Skin maybe something on you PC is blocking the download.

Maybe the password copy and paste problem? Has happened to me some time ago.
