Actually am facing a problem with my sky star 2 . i did uninstall to the drivers and honestly i had a bad uninstall . so when i tried to reinstall it i got this msg " RegDBGetKeyValueEx " And it sometimes say that it have to uninstall the old drivers which i uninstalled it but i dont know why it keeps doin this then bords the install . ps. my drive name was F: , i changed it to D: is this might be the problem ? plz waiting for ur help urs Moh Quote Link to comment
Klausing Posted December 19, 2004 Share Posted December 19, 2004 If you change your drivename from F to D you have to change all hundreds of Settings of programms and inside the registry ! In your case you havn't done this. So, the programms like the uninstall routine can't work fine and this give you this problems. Quote Link to comment
