Drag'nDrop is a nice workaround for CUT'nPaste but if you wish to generate a new Category/Folder you can use only an old folder, rename that folder and move him to the right position. Select a channel that shall be a member of the new category, go to the Edit Tab, enter the desired category name, click "Add" or "Update", and the category will be created, if it doesn't exist yet.
