The loading sequence get as far as 'Completing Initialization', hesitates, and then a window 'DVBViewer Pro has stopped working pops up. The only change from the last time it worked and the failure is a set up Windows 10 and Microsift updates. Thinking it might need the latest iteration of DVBViewer Pro, I have installed v5.6.4 over v5.5.2 but this has made no difference. The Windows 10 and Microsoft updates are: Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1607 for x64-based Systems (KB4013429) Security Update for Microsoft Silverlight (KB4013867) Security Update for Microsoft Excel 2010 (KB3178690) 32-Bit Edition Security Update for Microsoft Office 2010 (KB3178688) 32-Bit Edition Security Update for Microsoft Word 2010 (KB3178687) 32-Bit Edition Help with getting the installation up and running again would be much appreciated. support.zip Quote
