WiFi Remote Input Plugin

A new WiFi Remote Input Plugin is available in the Customer Area -> Input Plugins section. It enables to remote-control DVBViewer with mobile devices via WLAN. For this purpose the plugin contains a small HTTP server that delivers a HTML page and a remote control image to browsers and receives the commands triggered by taps/clicks. The Remote Control HTML page can be opened in any browser in the home network. That's how it looks like (artwork mainly by Christian):

Please note that the remote control contains a special button at the bottom for switching the browser to full screen mode and back. However, it will not work with Apple mobile devices, because they do not support the JavaScript full screen API yet. For getting a full screen remote control under iOS, you need to open it with a bookmark on the home screen.

The remote control is completely defined by the image file and the HTML file. If you are not afraid of graphic software, HTML and Javascript, you may apply modifications or use the files as template for creating your own individual remote control.

Please read more about the plugin usage in the contained ReadMe!
