Member account not found

I purchased DVBViewer Pro edition Verson 4 many years ago. May I know how to download upgrade version?

 

I tried to login but the path seems no loner exists: www.DVBViewer.com/members/

 

Also when I try to reset my password, it said "We could not find a member account with that email address. Please try again with other information."

 

May be my account has been expired?

Click on "Members Section".

Yes I've logined and clicked the "Members section", but it remains on the same page. Would it be due to my login credentials has been expired? I just found my purchase of DVBCiewer was 10 years ago.

After clicking "Members section" the browser should prompt you to enter your username and password in any case. Doesn't it?

About 10 years ago there was a change:

so it depends on whether you have purchased DVBViewer before or after the 4.5 release. If it was after, your credentials should work. If it was before, I don't think that you can still update your old credentials. They have grown too old in the meantime....
