change my contact email

Hi to all, years ago, i bolught DVBViewer, i have my license in a file and in a doc, and my customer area user and pass too. But this user is with an old mail that the operator cleared, so DVBViewer e-mails, and if i lost my past y cant recover it.

 

How can i change contact email, and user/password email¿

Even if it does not exist anymore, your old e-mail address remains valid as user name for the customer area. There is no need to change it. Creating a safe backup of your credentials prevents the necessity to recover them.

 

However, if you want to receive e-mal notifications from the DVBViewer forum, you need to change the address to an existing one in your account settings.
