the card is recognized  by windows 10 but not run in DVBViewer .

i attach 2 files . support zip and DVBViewer error.

Please create and upload another support.zip after reproducing the problem in DVBViewer Debug mode, in order to get a DVBViewer.log that contains further details.

It's some error on the driver level or in the Windows BDA sub-system:

What I would do:

• Check if Hauppauge provides a more recent driver that fixes issues under Windows 10 2004
• Uninstall and remove the current driver in the Windows device manager
• Reboot
• Install the driver again (or a newer, if available)
• Remove the file hardware.xml from the DVBViewer configuration folder in order to force recreation and re-detection of tuners
• Launch DVBViewer and try... good luck!

Hi. I have install new drivers, reinstall DVBViewer unplug, replug card in another  slot and the problem is the same. Perhaps the card as a problem. Thanks for your help

Does the Hauppauge TV software work?

 

If you have already installed the Hauppauge TV software, a background process may occupy the tuner and temporarily prevent DVBViewer from using it.

 

The issue may also be caused by a damaged Windows BDA sub-system. There were already similar reports in the past. In some cases a Windows 10 repair install has fixed it.
