subtitles and comskip problems

hello I bought video editor read the remarks and I still have the same problems. subtitles are not kept after cutting. and the teletext function is not supported. In 32-bit or 64-bit version, comskip is too long (or does not work) I also downloaded another less recent version without success (under windows 10 pro 64bits) I regret that the cutting is not precise enough in the management of frames I hope that improvements will be made or maybe solutions to solve my problems thank you in advance
