No audio Test italian Mediaset hevc

Greetings to all and thanks to whoever can help me. I'm trying the italian Mediaset hevc test channel and I can't hear the audio. If I uninstall lav filter, I hear the audio but obviously I don't see the video. Do you have any advice?

Try a different audio decoder on Settings -> Options -> Playback Components -> Audio for the audio type that is used by the test channel.

 

The audio type is displayed in the Channel Editor (MPEG = MP2, AC3, AAC...).

Many thanks, I solved it by setting AAC audio decoder: Microsoft DTV-DVD audio decoder and render audio on speaker output, default audio device didn't work. Thank you so much again!
