Is there any indicator of signal strength when the antenna moves west and east. Direct to see?.

Yes. In the TransEdit Analyzer if it is tuned to a frequency of a satellite position while the antenna is moving.

 

However, it will only show the signal on this frequency, not the general signal strength of a satellite position. I think it is better to use a satellite finder like this one.
