Laserwave
Hello everyone, Please correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems there is no way to maximize DVBViewer? Unless of course the window is manually moved and resized to fill the screen. The top-right button (next to X) which is a standard Windows function for maximize, goes into full screen instead. Close, but not the same thing. Could you please consider adding this, even if only as a keyboard shortcut. Not a huge problem, but full screen mode causes my G-Sync compatible monitor to do some funky things. Adding an exception to the display driver (essentially disabling G-Sync) sort of solves it, but creates other issues. Thanks (Found the same request back from 2002! - https://www.DVBViewer.tv/forum/topic/289-maximize-the-window) Edited May 15, 2023 by Laserwave Quote Link to comment

Make sure that the "Snap windows" feature is enabled in Windows. Launch Tweaker.exe from the DVBViewer program directory (usually C:\Program Files (x86)\DVBViewer). Search the "Allow Main Window Aero Snap" setting and tick the checkbox. Save the change in Tweaker.exe. Launch DVBViewer. Use the mouse to drag the title bar of the DVBViewer main window to the top of the screen, until Windows indicates the whole screen as target area. Release the left mouse button - there you are. 1 Quote Link to comment
Laserwave
It's a good enough workaround, and it works. Thank you. Any particular reason "snap" is disabled by default? Quote Link to comment

Most users want a window that fits the video size and format (see Settings -> Aspect Ratio -> Best Window Size / Auto Size), no huge black bars that appear after (accidently) dragging the title bar to the left or right edge. 1 Quote Link to comment
