Conax module+card do not open

With TBS-5580 we scanned 16°E satellite and cable. Both are ok. If I insert the module + Conax card in the designated slot, I do not see on the laptop that this module would be "seen". Would they not be compatible with this tuner ? Thank you. Module+Conax card are functional in a satellite receiver.
