Search with Google for site:dvbviewer.tv DVBSky T9580 to find reports about it (and use Google translation for German posts).

Though the DVBSky site is still online, the company does not exist anymore since several years, as far as I know. It will be difficult to find a shop that still sells the T9580. Even if you find one, don't expect driver updates in the future. ;)

so the TBS is a better choice?

TBS may be ok, as long as you are not using a CI/CAM for decryption. Many users experienced instabilities with the TBS CI/CAM DLL , including me ;)

DVbSky still have support from what i see

Have a look at the driver dates. The latest for Windows 10 are from 2018. There are no later releases. Neverthelesss DVBSky devices and drivers are running pretty well with DVBViewer under Windows 10. At least a DVBSky S960C does here. However, problems may come up in future with Windows 11, who knows...

Hello,

I just installed my old DVBSky S950C in my Windows 11 23H2 computer after not using it for a long time, installed the Windows 10 drivers from http://dvbsky.net/Support_win.html and DVBViewer and everything worked straight away including CI and ORF, The Windows 11 core isolation is also still intact, older drivers often cause problems here. I hope this message helps a little..

I installed right now this tuner dvbsky 9580 and with this it seems is working properly. With my old Technotrend c1501 i had problem and i m sure the problem was on riser not card it self.

I installed latest 2018 driver and in win 10 is working perfectly, don't know if win 11 is accepted.

I own the DVBSky T9580 DVB-T/T2/C and DVB-S2 Dual PCIe since a couple of years and I use it for DVB S2 and DVB T2 in Germany with no problems on my Windows 11 system with driver win10drv_180820.

Hallo,

Addendum

Hello,

sorry, I missed that.

The page can still be found on the Wayback Machine: https://archive.org/web/

and enter http://dvbsky.net/Support_win.html as the search term.

I just tried it for the S 960 and the download worked.

Best regards
