Im Prinzip ja. Der Media Server macht das ja bereits im Desktop Webinterface. Neben dem TV-Stream als WebM liefert er nach einem Klick auf den TXT-Button auch den Teletext als HTML, wobei für die Steuerung Javascript mit im Spiel ist.

 

In der Datei C:\Program Files (x86)\DVBViewer\SVCweb\streamint.html oder im vom Browser angezeigten Quelltext (i.a. Strg + U) kannst du dir anschauen, wie es technisch realisiert ist.
