Newbie with some problems

Hi all, i have buyed DVBViewer some days ago, and i have installed version 3.0. I have some problems with it:

 

1) When i play a recocording there is no audio, but if i play the same file with media player audio is right

 

2) The keyboard control when i watch a recording dont functions, i must use the mouse on the lower bar. It's normal?

 

3) Some recordings do not appear in the osd menu "recordings" but there are on the hd.

This is a Newbie area, and that means that they are Newbies. I'm on many other different boards (mostly satelite boards) and i have newer seen this kind of rude answer.......

 

Some good and polite behavoer is not to much to ask for!!!!!

I think the same, but i have had the misfortune to buy this software and now i want to make to work it. The VERY SHIT is the support for this software regularly paid.
