N.K
Currently the display of the OSD depends on the media being showed. This means that if the quality or resolution of a video is bad, the OSD's is it as well. Or if you zoom the display, under some circumstances the OSD even is not visible. Is there any reason for this behaviour? For my purposes it would be better if both, the display of the media and the OSD, would be independent of each other, meaning that the OSD's quality would always be a good one and the position would be fixed. Is there a chance of having this changed in future releases? Greetings N.K Quote Link to comment
Griga
Is there any reason for this behaviour? In the VMR modes the OSD is mixed into the video picture, in order to achieve transparency effects, display of video and OSD together on a TV set and such. Thus the OSD resolution resp. quality can not exceed the video resolution. For my purposes it would be better if both, the display of the media and the OSD, would be independent of each other, Use Overlay mode, if you want that. Quote Link to comment
