just a quick question, think it has been answered in the german area, but i dont understand german

 

does DVBViewer work with the WinAmp Multimedia PC Remote ?

 

got me finger over the purchase button, not sure though

 

if this dosent work has anyone got any alternatives

Erm don't know, what kind of RC is this? Can you use it with winlirc oder girder? Every RC supported by winlirc or girder can be used with the DVBViewer.

 

If you use DVBViewer Pro 3.1 or GE there is a girderplugin in the membersarea which will simplifiy the use of girder.

 

And remember the more buttons the better

it seems to support all 3

 

does the girder plugin work with 3.0 as 3.1 has a big bug with crashing on channel swapping

No this plugin will only work with the GE or 3.1 not the 3.0, sorry.

ok thanks Lars, well i have ordered the remote, so will have to test it with v3.0 and winlirc

 

will let you know how i get on when it arrives and tested
