problem with DVB Viewer

perhaps somebody can help me with that error-message:

 

"can't set the tuner status"!!!!!!!!!!

Here is some information:

 

operating system: Windows XP

Processor: AMD 2864+

Card: Airstar 2 TV PCI

Graphic Card: ATI Radeon 9600

DVBViewer-Version: 19.10.2004, Skystar 2 Renderer 4.2x

 

Here the error once again: Cant set the tuner-status (wrong settings),

error: 0x90010115 (Unknown error code)

 

I hope this information can help you.
