There is a transponder on HOTBIRD 13.0, frequence 11355 MHz that is not in the file 013_hotbird 13.0oE(FRI). I would like to implement it, please, help needed!

Use the transponder list editor and DVB analyzer tool TransEdit (download from the customer area, read the ReadMe!).
