Unable to start DVBViewer with license

Hello,

 

I've recently replaced my PC and therefore needed to reinstall DVBViewer.

I entered my key file, username and password - and ever got the message "license installation successful".

When I launch DVBViewer, I get a "user data error 688".

If I go back to Keytool, it seems okay (license installed). I tried to uninstall and reinstall license - no change.

I restarted computer - no change.

I reinstalled DVBViewer - no change, still getting the "user data error 688" despite that I put all the license information and get a success message.

 

Please assist.

What is the complete error message? "Please use KeyTool.exe to enter the correct data"? If yes, the error code indicates that something is wrong with your user name and password / key file name. They don't match.

 

Is the checksum displayed by KeyTool.exe the same as the one that you got via mail after purchasing DVBViewer?

 

Can you log in to the download / members area with your user name / password? Please note that your forum user name and password are a different thing. Usually they can't be used for DVBViewer installation.
