Kann man sich eigentlich selbst ein Plugin für den DVBViewer Pro 3.1 programmieren?

Wenn wie und mit was (SDK).

Könnte man dann auch Funktionen anderer Plugins benutzen oder z.B. den Audiorecorder steuern (Aufnahme starten/stoppen)?
