Twinhan DTV Cab-CI scan problems

So what's the situation with this card? I've tried the posted Twinhan module but DVBViewer will not show correct Channel Scan window / parameters. I've heard that some people have received some beta version which tunes also DVB-C channels (at least for some). There was also the SDK issue. Could you put all of the files into download area so I could also get them (yes, I have paid for the software which doesn't work).

In tuning DVB-C channels will DVBViewer try to use polar inversion?

 

In transponder list for DVB-C there are next stuff:

The first parameter in "1=138325,4,6900" after "=" is frequency, the second modulation (4=QAM128) and the third is the symbol rate. In my cable network the spectral inversion should also be used but it's not listed on the transponder list.
