Windows 11 drivers?

I have just started a brand new clean Windows 11 installation (I lost my OS hard drive). I have managed to get my Digital Devices tuner card to work, but not the TBS 6981, dispite loading their driver. Has anybody else got it to work on Win11? Any other Win 11 gotchas?

The user reports that he had to deactivate the Windows core insulation (or isolation?) for making his TBS device work under Windows 11.
