The picture is fine and there are no problems with it

The picture is here, and the CAM is connected to the satellite card.
I find the picture breaking up, and there's a green color overlay on it. Where is the problem here?

The CAM seems to corrupt the TV stream received by DVBViewer. Is the "Encrypted" checkbox for this channel checked in the DVBViewer Channel Editor?

The stream of a channel that is not flagged as encrypted should not pass through the CAM.

All channels appear blurred and green...

When the camera is installed on the device

When I connect the cam to the device, all the open channels appear distorted.

Is the problem with the filters, where is the problem?

I think it's a problem with the CI and CAM not working properly together.

Check the DVBViewer Filter property page. Does it display an increasing number of discontinuities? If yes, the stream received by DVBViewer is already disturbed.

عندما أوصل الكاميرا بالجهاز، تظهر جميع القنوات المفتوحة مشوهة.

المشكلة في الفلاتر، أين المشكلة؟

his picture is of an Irdeto Access CI+ CAM from the Irdeto company. And this is exactly the reason for the problem I mentioned.

Why it doesn't work with TT-3650 CI:
1. CI+ CAM and CI card only
TT-3650 supports only CI 1.3. The Irdeto one in the picture is labeled CI+.
CI+ and CI 1.3 are different protocols. When you insert a CI+ into a CI card, a conflict occurs and you get the green screen and freezing even on open channels.

2. The CAM always works even if the channel is free
The Irdeto CI+ CAM forces itself on the card and demands encryption even if the channel is FTA. TT-3650 doesn't understand this request and the decoder gets messed up, which is why you see green colors and breaking.

3. Draws extra power
CI+ CAMs draw 0.5A. The USB port of TT-3650 provides at most 0.5A, so the CAM heats up and causes problems.

The proof that the problem is from the CAM: You said yourself: 'When I remove the CAM, the open channel works without problems.' If the problem were from the card or the driver, it would still be there even after removing the CAM. Since it disappears when you remove the CAM= the CAM is incompatible.
