Use TransEdit to add the frequency and other parameters to an existing transponder list. Or if you have no transponder list for the satellite position, use TransEdit to create a new one.

 

After the frequency has been added, you can scan it in TransEdit (or DVBViewer, after the changed list has been saved) and search for channels.
