Dear DVBViewer Geliştirici Team,

First of all, thank you for providing such a powerful and stable media center application. I am a registered and licensed user of DVBViewer Pro (Registered Email: [removed]).

I am currently running DVBViewer Pro on a Windows 11 Pro system equipped with a TBS6904SE DVB-S2X Quad Tuner PCIe Card. While the overall software performance is excellent, I am experiencing a specific UI/hardware status bug regarding the signal indicators:

1.      In the DVBViewer status bar, the "Signal Strength" bar works perfectly and shows the correct values.

2.      However, the "Signal Quality" bar is completely missing or not rendering at all in the interface.

3.      To isolate the root cause, I tested the exact same hardware configuration and official TBS BDA drivers on the same PC using alternative software (DVB Dream). In the alternative software, the signal quality bar functions flawlessly and updates in real-time.

This technical cross-check confirms that the TBS6904SE BDA driver successfully exposes the signal quality metrics via standard Windows BDA architecture (IBDA_SignalStatistics), but DVBViewer Pro is currently unable to parse or visually render this specific data from this tuner model.

As a loyal licensed customer, I kindly request your development team to investigate the BDA status command handling for the TBS6904SE card in an upcoming update so that the missing signal quality indicator can be restored.

Thank you very much for your time, support, and continuous development.

Best regards,

Hasan Acar
