ardee Posted September 9, 2005 Share Posted September 9, 2005 I've been trying to install GE onto a new drive using only the files essential for it to work. I have ended up with no sound or picture, but the EPG is OK. Also, it will play back an MPEG file, so the codecs are working. Can anyone suggest what is missing? Is there a list of which Technisat files are actually needed for GE to work? Thanks. Quote Link to comment

ardee Posted September 9, 2005 Author Share Posted September 9, 2005 Thanks for the reply. I've now discovered that enabling the "Auto Update Channel" function solves the problem. I asked about which files are necessary because I remember having problems with DVBViewer if the server/setup4PC files were removed. Quote Link to comment
