4.5 D3D Excluside/Customer Renderer/Browse MiniEPG Stops Working

The problem: With the following enabled : -

 

D3D Exclusive

Use Customer Renderer

Browse in MiniEPG ticked

Start In Full Screen

 

I am unable to browse in the MiniEPG when DVDViewer opens in full screen, if i window DVDViewer and then return to full screen, browsing in MiniEPG then works as expected

 

I use use Customer Renderer because the resolution on then MiniEPG is better and D3D Exclusive to stop picture tearing when using the Custom Renderer

TV Card: FloppyDTV S2 (Drivers 5.7)

Mainboard: Gigabyte GA-X58A-U3R (Intel X58 Chipset)

Graphics Card: ATI Radeon HD 4550 (Catalyst 10.9)

After further investigation the problem is DVBViewer not having focus (here)

 

But it is still strange as it has only just started happening, DVBViewer 4.5 used to open with focus before i enabled D3D Exclusive, even when i revert back to previous settings I am still geting the focus issue. Will experiment futher.
