Recommended Posts

My name is Osher and I've just purchased your software with license.

I am trying to play UDP link and I can't see video. while inserting the URL link I get the following error:

"DVBViewe Pro Error - Cannot render Mediafile/Output pin, error: 0x800C00D the specified protocol is unknown."

The url link I am using is:

This is internal URL and I am in the same network.

By the way - in VLC i can play it successfully.

I am not sure how to run multicast, could you please help me with this issue?

If this is not possible so please refund me - this software is not suitble for my needs.

What's inside the UDP stream? If it is a transport stream, you can add it as channel in the channel editor:

  1. Select TV/Radio -> Channel Editor
  2. Select the category folder in the channel list where the new channel shall be stored.
  3. Click the New Button on the right side -> TS Stream
  4. Enter the address and the channel name in the blank form and click Add. DVBViewer will retrieve the rest of the channel data on first tuning.
  5. Double-click the new channel for playing it.

Read more about the TS Stream reception type in the Streaming Section here.
