Seems a bug of latest Win10 21H2 flight, and I've Reported this problem through Feedback Hub. Please upvote if you have the same problem.

If it is Digital Devices HW, you need to run DDControlCenter after upgrade

I havent upgraded Windows, but all the other time, i needed to run DDControlCenter
