Bug in accepting croatian translate

When a Croatian translation is used, two errors occur:

1.) The term 'settings' in the menu is not translated

2.) The recording selection is not recorded in the settings as shown in the attached image, but the recording always takes place in 'TS' format.

According to the specifications only MPEG2 Video and MP2/AC3 Audio can be recorded as MPG. If something like H.264 or AAC is broadcasted, DVBViewer automatically switches to TS.
