Can i install DVBViewer in one pc but with multiple operating systems?

Hi, hi have try the demo versión in and old computer i have (an old socket 478 northwood).That have  a skystar2, pinnacle 310i and a his 4670 agp(dxva).

 

The demo works really well specially under windows 7(other software as progdvd strugles to 5fps under win 7).So i thinking of buy a license.

 

I read in another post that the license is for one pc,but i have in the pc installed winxp,windows 7, and windows 8.1. (thats because for example if  i need capture a vhs tape from  composite of 310i only one program work under win xp and so so with many programs.

 

So if i buy a license, I need buy three licenses?. Or i can  use one  license for all operating systems as is only one pc?.
