Good question but you have to be more specific. DVBViewer is a tv-appl. that can send any diseqc command to lnbs, multi switches or rotors. In case of an IP-TV box ( e.g. Octopus-Net from DD) the box has to send the commands. IP>Tv protocol doesn't mention diseqc 1.1 in particular but I guess it already hurts to write the word diseqc in the specs cos diseqc was invented by Eutelsat and ip>tv is from SES ;)

It is possible if the SAT>IP server is the DVBViewer Recording Service, because DVBViewer as client sends additional data (beyond the SAT>IP specifications) to it. No go with other SAT>IP servers, though.

Thank you for the answer.

I read DVBViewer little manual and I've noticed settings only for diseqc 1.0 (sat>ip)

when it comes to hardware server (sat>ip) , for instance:

Inverto Airscreen Server support also only DiSEqC1.0 protocol.
So I concluded that only DiSEqC1.0 is supported by sat>ip
