irremote.dll Does not work with Windows 1709

After upgrading to Windows 10 1709 the irremote.dll plugin will not load in DVBViewer.

The message is that the irremote.dll is missing - but is it not.

 

I have seen other complaining about other missing dll's after 1709.

Have anybody had this problem? Solution?

 

Is there another way of using my WinTV remote without irremote.dll?
